
This recipe can be made in any suitable container and serves 10 generous portions. Tasha's Fantastic Fudge sauce is the liquid version of the yummy squares we all love to eat!
You'll need:
• 300g good quality choc chip cookies
• 40g melted butter
• 1 litre good quality vanilla ice cream, softened
• 1.5 cups crunchy peanut butter
Here's how:
1. Crush biscuits into coarse bread crumbs. Add melted butter & mix.
2. Press into a removable bottomed (hehe) tin & up the sides.
3. With an electric mixer, beat the softened ice cream and slowly incorporate the peanut butter.
4. Spoon the pie filling into your prepared base, cover and return to the freezer.
Tasha's notes:
• Best prepared the night before
• Take out of freezer 15min before serving
• Use a warm knife to cut wedges
• Serve thick wedges drizzled with Tasha's Fantastic Fudge sauce which has been slightly warmed
