We are currently going through an unprecedented time in our country and we're in somewhat uncharted waters, Uplink Fibre fortunately is deemed as an essential service and we will continue to provide telecommunications/internet services throughout the lockdown.
As well as keeping the network running smoothly, this includes handling all emergency support and maintenance that may be necessary. As your health and wellbeing is of upmost importance to us, unfortunately no new installations will be done during this time, however if it is safe for our staff to do so, we will attend to any faults that may occur at your home / business. We will prioritise all service requests from health care service providers and any other business supporting an essential service.
