Time and capacity are two very different things. We may have plenty of time at the moment, but that does not mean we have the emotional capacity to do more than we currently are.
It is important to check in with oneself on what you have capacity for, before scolding yourself for not doing more. If you have capacity at this time to do more, the Open University has some great free online courses and I have included the link below. A book that I can recommend for personal growth is 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz.
Personal growth is important, but personal growth also means learning where your limits are. Take time to sit with yourself and ask yourself what you need during this time and don't be afraid to do what that is.
