We’ve had a couple of people say to us at markets that they have tasted kombucha before and didn’t like it, 90 percent of those people have bought bottles after tasting our kombucha. This month BMS Biotics would like to speak a bit about what Chakras energy centers are, each month we will focus one Chakra energy centre. Beginning at the top with your crown Chakra. The Seventh Chakra is one of the two Chakras that reside in the head, some traditions do not consider the crown as a real Chakra as it is pure spirit and therefore unique compared to the others. For the traditions that instead insert it to all intents and purposes in the Chakras, its position is at the top of the head, where as newborns we have the fountain, identified as the access gateway of the soul at the time of birth and exit when it separates from the body at the end of life. The symbol of the Crown Chakra is the thousand-petaled lotus that symbolizes the infinite, the divine.
How do I know if my Crown Charka is blocked? The biggest challenge of the Crown Chakra is on a mental level; when someone is too withdrawn and attached to the materialistic pursuits of this existence as well as stuck in their way of thinking. A person with a blocked Crown Chakra may experience unwillingness to be open to other ideas, thoughts, or knowledge.
The signs such as psychosis, dissociation from the body, being disconnected and ungrounded are also manifested when the Crown Chakra is unbalanced.
This Chakra can produce different symptoms depending on excessive or insufficient activity.
The following are the symptoms of an overactive Crown Chakra:
• Cynicism
• Apathy
• Spiritual addiction
• Self-destructive tendencies
• Overwhelmed by knowledge
The common symptoms of an under active Crown Chakra are:
• Confusion about what you want to do
• Lack of inspiration
• Desire to oversleep
• Desire to oversleep
A blocked Crown Chakra also shows the following physical symptoms:
• Poor coordination
• Chronic tension headaches
• Exhaustion
