✔️Have a routine: This helps you to add structure to our day and can give you a sense of accomplishment.
✔️Practice gratitude: This can help us to improve our overall mood and outlook on life.
✔️Self care: Just like a relationship with a loved one, it is good to nurture and build a healthy relationship with yourself to not only help you to feel better about yourself, but this will also help when you are forming relationships with others.
