There is a requirement for NCT to close the Old Howick Road from Worlds View Road to Ketelfontein between the hours of 09:00 and 13:00 on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th October, in order to fell a number of dangerous trees growing in that area. The road closure will be supervised by the Traffic Department. The only routes from Hilton to Pietermaritzburg open during that period will be the N3 or Dennis Shepstone Drive/Sweetwaters Road.
