St Anne's Matric Vocal Student, Simone Markham, was awarded her 3rd Certificate of Achievement from the International Rock School Music Examination Board for achieving the highest mark (96%) nationally in the Grade 7 Popular Vocals Examinations for the first session this year.
In addition, it was confirmed by the IRS National Representative that Songworks, under the direction of Dr Tracy Stark and Mr Steve Stark, has had more Individual National Award Winners than any other Music School in South Africa, and has also won the award for Best Overall Examination Results Nationally more often than any other school in the country.
