The Laddsworth Primary School pupils and staff were treated to a talk by Stephen Muzhingi, 2011 Comrades Marathon Winner and Collen Makaza, world 50km champion on Tuesday 31st May. They gave a very informative talk about their lives and how they started their running careers. Both men were astounded to see how many Laddsworth pupils are participating in either 50 club or 100 club. Graeme Gibbs is the first Senior Primary child to achieve his 100 club medal this year and he was handed it by Stephen, a great honor. Laddsworth thanks both men for giving of their time to talk to the children and wishes them well for their future running careers.
