On Saturday the 11th of February 2017 Hilton242 had their Induction Dinner at the Farmer’s Daughter restaurant in Howick.The tables were beautifully laid out and we were well hosted by the staff.
The food was absolutely amazing.
The evening started off with everybody enjoying each other’s company chatting and having drinks on the balcony. It must be said the women were looking amazing as always the Proceedings started with our honorable MC Vinnie Jones welcoming everyone.
The formalities proceeded and food was served between the speeches and Vinnies bad jokes.
The time came for our out going Chairmen to give his address and hand over the prizes. Wonderful words were said.
The awards were then awarded to the following members.
Tabler of the year: Paul Watson
Travel Trophy: David (mudslide) Baker
Communication trophy: Kevin McNamara
Leg of the year: Megan McNamara.
After the awards Sean Morgan then announced the incoming chairman Mark Bisschoff.
The gong was handed over and Mark gave an earthmoving speech being the man of many words he is known for. The Incoming council was then announced and are as follows.

Treasurer: David (mudslide) Baker
IRO/PRO: Kevin McNamara
Clubhouse: Dale Morphey
A lot of fun was had by everyone. And the upcoming year is looking good.
