The Hilton Quarry project is a partnership between the Ken Collins Charity Trust and Grace College to rehabilitate the natural environment in the once derelict quarry.
It is managed and implemented by JPJ Landscaping and recently received three distinguished national awards from SALI (South African Landscapers Institute) at the SAGIC (South African Green Industry Council) conference last week.
The following awards were received in the following different categories:
• National Trophy Award – Best Environmental Landscape category
• Gold Award – Best Environmental Landscape Work category
• Gold Award – Best Water wise category
