Due to the cancellation of DUCT and Wildlands funding, our Green Bobbies will possibly have to be retrenched.
The Green Bobbies have successfully controlled many alien invasive plants in Winterskloof which is crucial to…. The huge added benefit being three extra pair of eyes and ears in the community. They are an enormous asset to the community and have assisted the WTSU with information regularly.
The conservancy has 2 months’ salaries left in the bank account.
We are desperately looking for people in the community who have the following skills to help us fundraise to keep these guys employed:
1. Knowledge and experience in marketing and fundraising
2. Knowledge on how businesses can assist or “sponsor” the project in some way.

Historically, all paid up WTSU members were automatically considered members of the Winterskloof conservancy. This is still the case currently.
