As a fun finale for their Egypt theme the grade 5 pupils celebrated Egypt Day. The dressed up in garments similar to those worn by Ancient Egytians and even took lunch boxes filled with dates, grapes and all foods they could find that were eaten in Ancint Egyptian times.
