- Patients advised to wait in their car or at a comfortable sanitization station that is set up outside the practice until it is time for their appointment.
- As much paperwork and patient screening is done over the telephone- to limit the amount of time spent at the practice
- The body temperature of all staff members and patients is checked.
- All staff and patients sanitise their hands before entering the practice.
- All surgery rooms, door handles, surfaces, pens, clipboards, etc. are wiped down thoroughly and disinfected after each patient.
- All staff members are dressed in the correct personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the day.
