The time finally arrived when Grace College pupils, staff, parents and members of the Governing Body and Trust could celebrate the opening of the new classroom block. Our Headmaster, Mr Sean Moore, opened the proceedings, making the pupils attentive to the wonderful privilege they had to be part of this development. Some scripture reading followed, acknowledging God's Hand of provision over the building period. Newly elected Governing Body Chairman, Mr Bruce Findlay, cut the ribbon to declare the building open. This was followed by the planting of two trees in the quad, by our builder, Mr John Weston and outgoing Governing Body Chairman, Mr Greg Perrett. In closing, Reverend John Stimson prayed a blessing over the new building and refreshments were enjoyed in the new Drama facility. We are looking forward to many happy years of teaching and learning in this beautiful new facility.
