𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙞 𝙍𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙚
INGREDIENTS
1 and a half cups Rice, cooked with Turmeric
1 can Chakalaka – your preference
4 Chicken breasts
Fresh Coriander - to taste
1 Onion chopped
Sliced Green Pepper
1 Green sliced Chilli - optional
Juice of 1 Lemon
Chicken Tikka Masala
Salt to taste
2 Potatoes, cubed and fried in hot oil
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan, add onion + green pepper + sliced chilli then fry. Add in the can of chakalaka and mix all together with the rice.
Cut and coat, the chicken pieces with lemon juice , salt and masala.
Fry chicken on low heat until well done. Add to the rice and chakalaka.
Throw in the potatoes. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy.
Serve with salad or sambals.
