LADDSWORTH ECO CLUB CELEBRATES ARBOR WEEK
To celebrate Arbor Week, Mr Lambooy and the Eco Club pupils planted a Wild Olive (Olea europaea subsp. africana) at the Laddsworth lower sports field. This indigenous, hardy tree will provide food and shelter for local wildlife for years to come.
The Eco Club also recently planted three fruit trees at the Hilton Library, giving pupils the opportunity to contribute to the community while learning about caring for the environment.
A wonderful reminder that small actions today can make a lasting difference tomorrow.
