A little reminder that mental health matters, and that no one should ever have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
In support of Mental Health Awareness Month, Brooke Barlow-Jones and Phebe Tyson, Heads of Pastoral, distributed green ribbons to our girls and staff as a symbol of solidarity, compassion and our commitment to creating a community where every individual feels seen, supported and understood.
As we navigate the demands of the final term, we encourage our girls to be gentle with themselves, find balance between academics and self-care, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength.
Let’s continue to look out for one another, lead with kindness and make space for conversations that matter.
