I have over thirty years of experience as an attorney and conveyancer. I have specialised in developmental conveyancing and have been involved in the following developments amongst others; Panorama Gardens (Murray & Roberts development in Pietermaritzburg 400 plus sites), Sakabula Golf Estate (Merrivale 90 plus sites), Villa Cortina (Hilton 14 sections), Cool Air (Union Co-Operative development at Dalton 200 plus sites), All Saints Court (PMB - 39 units) and Engeleni Estate (14 sites)

I have worked closely with First National Bank, Standard Bank, Nedbank, ABSA, and Investec. I utilise the services of Exclusive Access Trading 833 (Pty) Ltd and COD in providing bridging finance and mezzanine finance. I work closely with the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs as the conveyancer responsible for passing transfer to land claimants.
