Cool Winds Pre-Primary opened its door on the 19th of January 2011. The school accommodated a small group of enrolled children in one single classroom. Children from 4 months to Grade R were accepted. The school offered unique services specifically to families where both parents worked full time. The school operated for longer hours than the majority of preschools in the area, meals were provided to children and a holiday programme was available to all enrolled children, during most of the school holidays. The number of enrolled preschool children grew at a fast pace and 9 years later more than 100 children spend a happy and productive day at the preschool.
