Feeling Marvellous!
Stephanie gave me a very comprehensive breakdown of my body stats (fat %, muscle etc) and then showed me how I can change small things to make a big difference in my nutrition. I hate drastic and/or structured diets - I would rather learn to eat properly and enjoy healthy food in the long term and that is exactly what she has taught me. My body fat percentage has decreased, my running has improved and I feel absolutely marvellous!
Well worth a visit!
