Went and saw Justin while under major work stress and pressure with few positive options. Taking the hour to unwind and talk it through while getting the mass of knots in my neck and shoulders unbundled changed my perspective on the challenges and I left feeling revitalised, focused and capable of overcoming. Can't recommend it highly enough.
