"We have Jean Allen HR Consulting on a retainer and she helps us with the Personnel admin side of things. She is leading us by the nose to get essential things like JDs and SOPS in place for all our staff leading up to regular Performance Appraisals, which in turn influence increments, etc. These are all jobs which are absolutely essential but tend to get overlooked in the hurly burly of the daily grind. She has sorted out our personnel files, ensuring that everyone has proper signed contracts, and is assisting us with the Appraisals." - Umngeni SPCA
