Over the period that Jean Allen HR Consulting and Span Africa have worked together, Jean has provided us access to a wealth of knowledge from mundane day to day policy issues, to dealing with high level staff disciplinary hearings. Jean has always provided unbiased fair advice and ideas in a professional manner. She has assisted greatly in fostering relationships between management and staff by encouraging a consistent approach in the manner in which HR and IR issues are dealt with.
